How the pieces fit together

Multi-Stage Processing Pipeline

Not one model doing everything. A specialised pipeline where each stage handles what it's best at. Visual identification. Structured extraction. Pattern matching against known data. Validation and enrichment. Each stage feeds the next.

The output is structured, validated data — not a probability distribution. When the pipeline is uncertain, the neural engine steps in with pattern recall to fill the gaps.

Environmental Intelligence

Every GPS-tagged interaction automatically triggers environmental profiling. Atmospheric conditions, humidity, UV exposure, salt spray, chemical exposure, corrosion risk factors. Scored against ISO 9223 corrosivity classes.

Correlate these profiles with observed condition data across thousands of assets and you get evidence-based predictions. Not manufacturer estimates. Not generic tables. Patterns from real environments affecting real equipment.

Privacy Architecture

Not an afterthought. Designed from the start. Identifying information is automatically separated from data before processing and reassociated in the results. Nothing identifiable reaches external services.

Operational data is not retained after processing. Results are returned and discarded from our systems. Built for environments where data sensitivity is contractual, not optional.

The Compounding Effect

Every interaction creates or strengthens a pattern. After 100 scans, the engine corrects common errors automatically. After 1,000, it predicts missing information before you notice it's missing. After 10,000, it surfaces correlations across sites, environments, and timeframes.

This isn't theoretical. The engine's accuracy measurably increases with every deployment. Early scans run at 85-90% accuracy. After a few hundred interactions in a domain, that climbs above 97%. And it never plateaus — because it never stops learning.
